Privacy

This page explains what information Sheffield Conservation Volunteers (SCV) collects through this website and what we do with it.

Contact form

When you send us a message using the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message by email. We use these only to reply to your enquiry. They are not stored on this website, and we never pass them to anyone else or use them for marketing.

Cookies

This website sets two cookies that are needed for it to work: a session cookie and a security token that protects forms from misuse. Both expire when you close your browser or shortly after.

We also use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, your approximate location and the type of device you use. We cannot use this to identify you. You can find out more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services, and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. To do this, please contact us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
