How to Join In

The group welcomes anybody interested in the environment and conservation, no experience is necessary.

Where we meet: There are two meeting places and times-9.00am at the Sheffield Community Transport compound where the minibus is kept, this is on Montgomery Terrace Road, off Infirmary Road (near Tesco).or 9.30am at the City Hall Steps, opposite  John Lewis, at the corner of Balm Green and Barkers Pool.

What to bring: Please wear old clothes and stout footwear, bring along waterproofs and a packed lunch . We provide hot drinks, biscuits, transport, tools and training.

Children between the ages of 4-14 years are welcome, provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. All the main committee members are CRB checked, please contact us to check that a CRB checked individual will be present on a task you intend to come on if you are between 14 and 18 years old, or if you are a vulnerable adult. In the rare cases where we do not have someone CRB checked on a task we may have to send you home, which is why it's important to check first.
